Our coaches expose our campers to new perspectives as well as valuable trade skills

One of the most important ways that you can contribute to Anchors Camp is by becoming a coach. Anchors Camp coaches provide guidance to campers by offering safe, hands-on training in a variety of professional trades, and by sharing the wisdom they learned throughout their lives during nightly “round the circle” campfire discussions.

We are looking for men who are authentic, patient, and genuinely interested in helping campers develop their own paths to a successful future. Anchors Camp coaches must be able to commit to six days, which includes one day of orientation and five days of coaching campers. There are no drugs or alcohol allowed on the campsite.
